WedgeGuard Wedge
The WedgeGuard Wedge is a two-in-one shield for the tooth. First, it protects the adjacent tooth during the preparation or drilling of the cavity, then the 'shield' is detached while the wedge remains in place, allowing a standard matrix band to be inserted next to it. The removable shield is the unique feature. The wedge stays in place, which reduces gum bleeding. Since there is no risk of drilling into the adjacent tooth, the preparation is much faster and stress-free.
